最近一直陰冷著..就不是很想出門。
趕案子又很累,我想我已經快接近御宅族了。
突然非常想吃熱騰騰的鬆餅。感覺上整屋子有麵粉及奶油的香味,會很溫暖。
我需要離開電腦一下下。我不能去郊外走走,但我可以到廚房去。
奶油。蛋。金黃色的太陽。菠菜是綠色的草原。
DE SARRASIN (黑麥鹹餅)
Epinards,oeuf,jambon,fromage,crème fraiche
Spinach,egg,ham,cheese,fresh cream
麵糊:
麵粉125g,蛋兩個,牛奶250ml,奶油25g,糖15g,鹽少許(我多加了一點香草粉)
料有火腿,菠菜,起士,我又多加了培根。加洋菇之類也可以。
★ 一般所謂的"crêpe"可麗餅,在法國指的是甜的薄餅,鹹的餅則稱為"galette"。
★ 不要懷疑這真的是我做的。黑麥粉做的比較脆。麵粉部分黑麥及白麵比例約三比一。

★超市有現成的鬆餅粉只要加入牛奶很方便。

flour 125g,2 eggs,milk 250ml,butter 25g,suger 15g,salt(I put some vanilla powder.)
★ "crêpe",in french is sweet crepe made by buckwheat,salt crepe is "galette"。
★ NO doubt,I cook it. it is more crisp when you add Rye,Rye:flour=3:1
